A Moment for Me is a small yoga & wellness center with a big heart It is located in Vienna, Ohio (near Animal Welfare League and Wagon Trails.) We are easily to accessible from Interstate 80, Route 11 and Route US 82.
In this challenging time, our intention is to help people find a “moment” of self-care whicj will hopefully bring balance back into their lives. We offer a variety of classes, special events and topics that are intended to increase our knowledge, insight and learning.
We also offer a small gift shop with many locally made items for purchase for both the 2-legged and 4-legged!!

Our wellness services are great for healing and rest.
