Our Intention
A Moment for Me is a yoga studio and wellness center located in Vienna, OH. Our focus is on creating a welcoming space for healing and self-care through a variety of classes, services, and products including yoga, Tai Chi, massage, reiki, herbalism, reflexology, meditation, aromatherapy and more.
We attempt to offer people a balance between the hectic parts of their lives and a softer, slower side, with an aim to promote and enhance a sense of well-being and good health. A Moment for Me was founded by Mary Brown with the intention of helping people find a “moment” to breathe, to be grateful, to laugh from the belly, and to do something for themselves. This is not a selfish practice; it is healthy. Great spiritual teachings from a variety of sources implore and inspire us to love and care for ourselves and then spread that love and compassion to care for others and heal our world.
ALL are welcome and encouraged to take a “moment” with us at the studio with a big heart.
